1. These Terms

By downloading or using the game, these Terms automatically apply to you, so please read them before you play. They do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence: wherever a clause below would give you less than that law grants you, the law wins and the rest of these Terms stays in force.

2. Licence and intellectual property

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game on devices you control. You're not allowed to copy or modify the game, any part of the game, or our trademarks, to attempt to extract its source code, to translate it into other languages or to make derivative versions, except where such acts are expressly permitted by mandatory law. The game itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to us.

3. Your device and your connection

It's your responsibility to keep your phone and your access to the game secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone – removing the restrictions imposed by the official operating system can expose your device to malicious software, compromise its security features and stop the game from working properly.

Some functions need an active internet connection, over Wi-Fi or your mobile network. If you play outside Wi-Fi coverage, your agreement with your mobile network provider still applies, and charges for data, including roaming charges, are yours to cover. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission to use the game.

4. Purchases and refunds

The game is free to download and is funded by advertising. Inside the game you can also buy optional extras, of two kinds:

Which items are on offer, what each one contains and what it costs are shown in the in-game shop and on the Google Play listing at the moment of purchase, and that description is what you are buying. Consumable items can also be earned for free while playing, so buying anything is never required to finish the game.

5. Updates, availability and termination

We may update the game. The game currently runs on Android, the system requirements may change, and you may need to install an update to keep playing – we do not promise that every future version will work with the Android release on your device. We may also stop distributing or supporting the game; where that is reasonably possible we will announce it in advance in the game or on this website.

Be aware of what that means for what you bought: if the game is withdrawn from Google Play, it may stop working and the items and unlocks inside it become unusable, because they only exist within the game and we have no way to reissue them or to pay you back ourselves (section 4). Where the end of the game is something we can foresee, we will announce it early enough for you to spend what you have.

If we end your licence because you seriously breached these Terms, the rights granted in section 2 end and you must stop using the game and delete it from your device. Neither this nor the withdrawal of the game takes away a claim you already have against us.

6. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss we cause you that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to take reasonable care. Where the law does not allow us to limit our responsibility, we do not try to.

We do not accept responsibility for loss caused by circumstances outside our control, such as your device running out of battery, a lack of network coverage, or third-party services the game relies on being unavailable, and we do not guarantee that the game will be free of every error.

7. Your data

What the game processes, who receives it and how to remove it – including your cloud save – is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

8. Complaints

Write to info@worldweaver-studio.com with a description of the problem and, if it concerns a purchase, the Google Play order number. We answer within 14 days.

It is worth knowing what we can actually do, so that you do not lose time: we can investigate the problem, fix it in an update, and confirm to Google that your refund request is justified. What we cannot do is move money or hand out items – both go exclusively through Google Play (section 4), so a refund is always requested there. If our answer does not satisfy you, consumers can also use the out-of-court routes available in their country; in Poland these include the regional Trade Inspection authorities (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej) and municipal or district consumer ombudsmen (rzecznik konsumentów).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the game gains new features or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and we will announce material changes in the game or on this website. Changes apply to your use of the game from the moment they are published; they do not retroactively change purchases you have already made.
